A new committee of the Brahmarshi Vikas Mahila Manch, regional unit Ten Number Basti in Jamshedpur, was formed under the supervision of the election management committee. The election process was conducted peacefully and systematically under the leadership of election observers Kumar Dhirendra and Kishore Kunal Gautam. Hundreds of women from the area enthusiastically participated in the election held under the supervision of election management committee convenor Raj Kishore Singh.

The meeting was conducted by Manish Kumar. Following the election, Ruma Kumari was elected as women’s president, Prashansa Kumari (Pammy Kumari) as general secretary, Nirupama Kumari as treasurer and Pushpa Pandey as senior vice-president.

Juhi Thakur, Reema Singh, Kiran Singh and Milli Choudhary were given the responsibility of vice-president. Gayatri Kumari, Pinky Kumari, Nini Kumari, Rajni Sharma and Preeti were elected as secretaries. Daisy Pandey, Neetu Sharma, Jugnu Bharti, Shobha Singh and Anita Devi were nominated as joint secretaries.

Shobha Singh and Rashmi Sharma were appointed chief patrons, while Geeta Singh, Neelam Choudhary, Vadehi Choudhary, Shyama Choudhary and Archana Choudhary were given the responsibility of patrons. Preeti, Abha, Nima, Ritu, Ritu, Kusum, Rupa, Rosie, Nisha Rani, Neema Devi, Poonam Pandey, Mamta and other members were selected as executive committee members.

Brahmarshi Vikas Manch Central President Satyendra Kumar and Central General Secretary Jai Kumar congratulated all newly elected office-bearers and members. They expressed hope that the new committee would strengthen the organization and take forward social service, women’s empowerment and welfare-oriented activities.

Kumar Sandesh (Chhakkan Choudhary Gautam) made a special contribution to the successful organization of the programme. Ramuday Prasad Singh, Anil Kumar, Munna Ji, Vijay Kumar, Parshuram Singh, Shobha Singh, Rupa Choudhary, Vimla Singh, Sudha Singh, Rashmi Singh, Vadehi Choudhary and a large number of members were present. Kumar Sandesh delivered the vote of thanks at the end. Refreshments were also arranged for the guests and members.
