IIT Dharwad with Hi-Tech facilities will become one of the best institute in the world.

The PM said number of institutes will increase more and more people will get education.
PM Modi said this new campus of IIT Dharwad will write a new chapter in the development of Karnataka. The high tech facilities will help it become one of the best IIT institute in the world.
850 crore rupees spent to build this high tech Institute and currently offers a four year BTech programme, 5 year BS-MS programmes.
Actually this Institute was established in 2016 as an institute of national importance.
At present in this Hi-Tech Institute 856 students and 73 faculty members. The new campus is built on 478 of land.
Dharwad institute has been given 5 star by GRIHA for a large development master plan involving designing and constructing a green smart and world class campus.
