The process of removing encroachment from the old Civil Court premises in Jamshedpur is underway. Following strict directions from the High Court, the district administration has started immediate action.

In the “Shri Ram Dubey vs Jharkhand Government” case, the administration formed a four-member special team following the High Court’s order.

The team is headed by Additional Deputy Commissioner Anurag Tiwari. The members include Dhalbhum SDO Arnav Mishra, Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee Deputy Municipal Commissioner Krishna Kumar and Jamshedpur Circle Officer Manoj Kumar.

The team will inspect the site, ensure that there is no illegal occupation and then plan immediate action for removal.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for September 21. Based on the investigation and site inspection, a report will be submitted to the court, following which further action will be taken.
