Jamshedpur: Wednesday turned out to be a happy day for the employees of Tata Pigments in Jamshedpur. After an agreement was reached between the company management and the Tata Pigments Workers Union on the annual bonus for the financial year 2025-26, the agreement was signed. During a meeting held in the board room, representatives of the management and the union finalized the bonus agreement.

After the agreement was concluded, the company management transferred the bonus amount to the bank accounts of 95 employees on Wednesday itself. A total amount of Rs 47.50 lakh has been distributed among the employees as bonus this year. As soon as the bonus amount reached their accounts, an atmosphere of happiness was seen among the employees.

According to the agreement, employees received a maximum bonus of Rs 73,629 and a minimum bonus of Rs 58,839 this year. The agreement reached between the company and the union is being considered important for the employees.

Management and Union Representatives Sign Agreement

The bonus agreement was signed on behalf of the company management by Managing Director Saroj Kumar Banerjee, Chief Factory Manager Manit Kumar, Plant Head KM Maharaja, Chief Financial Officer Dinesh Agrawal, Chief Human Resources Officer Ankita Kevin Natal and Head HR Atul Kumar Sharma.

On behalf of the union, President Vinod Kumar Singh, Vice Presidents Kulbir Singh and Satyanarayan Rao, Joint Secretaries Kamlesh Kumar Sharma and Anil Prasad, Treasurer Bhuneswar Ram and Payo signed the agreement.

The immediate payment of the bonus amount has provided financial relief to the employees. After the agreement, the management and union representatives also emphasized maintaining mutual coordination on matters related to the interests of the employees.
