Jamshedpur. An alleged attempt to run over two security guards with a car has been reported from Vijaya Heritage Four Phase in the Kadma police station area. Both guards were injured in the incident, while their mobile phones were also damaged. One of the security guards has filed a complaint at Kadma police station seeking police action. Police have begun investigating the matter based on the complaint.

According to the complaint, the incident took place at around 10:30 pm on September 15. At the time, security guards Rajesh Sharma and his colleague Manoj Kumar were on duty at the gate of Vijaya Heritage. The complainant alleges that Mukesh Kumar, also known as Lankesh, arrived there in an Innova car with some people. The complaint alleges that the car was driven towards the gate at high speed in an attempt to hit both security guards.

It has been reported that the car collided with an iron table near the gate. Both guards sustained injuries to their hands and legs, while their mobile phones were also damaged. After the incident, the security guard went to the police station and informed police about the matter. Police are now examining the allegations and collecting information related to the incident.

The complainant also told police that an alleged assault had taken place earlier in July. A complaint was reportedly filed at the police station in that matter as well. According to the complainant, the person concerned had assured them at the time that such an incident would not happen again. The earlier allegations have not been independently confirmed and will be clarified through the police investigation.

Police are currently investigating the entire matter, including the role of the people allegedly involved, the reason behind the dispute and the allegation that the car was used to cause harm to the guards.
