New Delhi: AssetGro Fintech Ltd, the parent company of stock market research and advisory platform StockGro, has filed initial documents with market regulator the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO). The company is preparing to raise around ₹2,000–2,500 crore through the IPO under the confidential pre-filing route.

What Is the Confidential Pre-Filing Route?

Under this arrangement, companies can file draft offer documents related to an IPO with the regulator, but the documents are not made public until a relatively advanced stage of the regulatory review process.

The objective is to allow companies to move forward with the regulatory process while preparing for an IPO without immediately making information related to their proposed issue public.

As the documents have been filed under the confidential route, detailed information about the IPO structure is currently not public. This includes details such as the exact issue size, the company’s financial performance, potential valuation and the timeline for listing on the stock market.

More information related to the IPO may become public as the SEBI review process progresses.
