NEW DELHI: Digital marketing company Liqvd Digital India Ltd is coming up with an SME IPO of around ₹39 crore. The company’s public issue will open on September 23, 2026, and investors can bid until September 25.

The company has fixed a price band of ₹51 to ₹54 per equity share. Following the issue, the company’s shares are planned to be listed on the BSE SME platform.

The overall issue includes a fresh issue of around ₹34.14 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of approximately 9.02 lakh shares. Under the OFS, promoters will offer some of their existing shares.

According to the company, the proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for various business expansion purposes. These include around ₹9 crore to acquire a 23.21% stake in AdLift Marketing, approximately ₹10.59 crore to establish a full-scale video content production hub, and around ₹6.57 crore for working capital requirements. The remaining amount will be used for acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Liqvd Digital India provides services related to digital marketing and advertising. Its business includes digital creative services, social media management, media planning and performance marketing.

The company reported operating revenue of ₹60.24 crore and a net profit of around ₹8.03 crore in the financial year 2025-26. Through the IPO, the company aims to expand its existing business and develop new capabilities.
