Thane/Bhiwandi: In a major development in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) paper leak case, the Thane police investigation team filed a 3,470-page chargesheet in the special court in Bhiwandi on Thursday. After a detailed investigation into the paper leak case, police have recorded the alleged role of each accused involved in the case.

According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Vijay Marathe, important facts related to the role of the accused came to light during the investigation. Following the filing of the chargesheet, the judicial hearing in the case is expected to begin soon.

Some Reports Awaited

According to police, some reports related to the case are yet to be received. After these reports are received, a supplementary chargesheet may be filed based on additional facts that emerge during the investigation.
